The relationship between self-esteem and major satisfaction in physical therapy students in Busan

Abstract
PURPOSE : The purpose of Physics Therapy Students in Busan The relationship between Self-Esteem and Major Satisfaction and to determine the relationship.

METHOD : The subjects of this study are consist of 236 students of department of Physical therapy college in Busan, and college in Busan data are collected from October 8 to October 23 in 2020 by structured questionnaires.

RESURT : The average score of physical therapy student's self-esteem was 3.85 out of 5 points. The average score of major satisfaction of physical therapy students was 3.88 on the 5-point scale. The sub-factors were satisfaction in the order of recognition satisfaction, relationship satisfaction, general satisfaction, and subject satisfaction. The higher the self-esteem for oneself, the higher the degree of satisfaction in the major is interpreted.

CONCLUSION : Based on the results of this study to enhance students' self-esteemand satisfaction with their major in physical therapy development of education program based on motives for admissions the relationship between professors and students according to the grade, It is believed that measures to promote gender-based contentment will be needed.
